Mental Health Foundation is a small passion project created to encourage belonging and open conversations around mental wellbeing.

The brief was to communicate supportive messages through simple visual metaphors that felt approachable, thoughtful and easy to understand.

The design response centred on a hero poster using the puzzle motif to represent connection and support, supported by a social series that used a wink, a flowing smile and an open door to express pause, emotional change and available help.
